Our Fleet
We operate from Devizes Wharf on the beautiful
Kennet & Avon Canal.
On a one week hire it is possible to get to Newbury and back going
east, or to Bath top lock going west via Caen Hill's flight of 29
locks.
There is a good selection of pubs along the canal and Devizes with
it's interesting architecture has an excellent shopping centre, a
museum with exhibits on Stonehenge, a canal museum and Wadworth's
famous brewery with dray horses.
A limited number of life jackets are available for hire on prior
request.
We have three boats for hire for weekend, short
break or weekly hire.
All our boats have central heating, cooker, fridge,
toilet, shower, radio/CD player, hairdryer and 12 volt socket
(negative earth). Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are provided but
bedding apart from pillows is not.
PARKING. On arrival at the Wharf you may need to purchase a
parking ticket as the whole wharf area is now ‘Pay & Display’ (8.00
am – 6.00 pm) but after loading your belongings onto the boat we
will escort you to a private parking area nearby. Please note:
maximum number of cars per boat is 2.
NO PETS!
Please do not bring pets, we cannot let you sail if you do so.
N.B. We reserve the right to refuse single
sex groups.

reserve the right to move the boats to a temporary base without
prior warning.
We plan to add a brand new 56' narrowboat named
Moonshine to our fleet for the 2009 season!
